We are seeking a talented and dynamic Recruiter to fill a key role in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding the right talent and facilitating a smooth hiring process.
Essential Responsibilities- Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience in remote recruitment and familiarity with virtual hiring processes.
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
- Full-time, remote position.
