Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to achieve the department's objectives.
  • Supervise and guide a team of professionals to ensure the quality of their work and the achievement of their objectives.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including the trust fund operations report and the sustainability report.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of trust funds by preparing financial information of special funds, trust funds, and project-specific cofinanced technical assistance (TA) and grants.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or economics, with an internationally recognized professional certification, such as CPA, CA, or its equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of broad-based professional experience in accounting, finance, and internal control.
  • International experience working in several countries with experience in international or multinational financial institutions.
