We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Manager to join our dynamic team at MOVE Your Biz. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with our clients.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about sales and account management. You will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals that meet or exceed your targets.

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by effectively communicating our services, nurturing leads, conducting discovery calls, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and leads through various sources, including online research and databases. Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce our services and assess their interests.
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Provide detailed information about our services, answer client queries, and establish rapport during initial conversations. Nurture relationships with leads through regular follow-up communication, converting prospects into clients.
  • Discovery Calls: Conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and how our services can meet those needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services during discovery calls.
  • Closing Deals: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Collaborate with the sales or business development team to ensure a seamless transition of prospects through the sales funnel.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage appointment schedules efficiently.
  • Persistence: Persistence and the ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • CRM Software: Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is an advantage.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $650-$800 per month, plus a $50 allowance. Our benefits package includes:
