Recruiting Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to provide exceptional support to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule candidates for interviews, manage calendars, and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and the management team.
  • Enhance the candidate experience through the interview process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills.
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow-up, and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).
  • Strong and stable internet connection for video and audio calls.
Desirable Qualities:
  • Strong team working skills.
  • Proactive project management skills.
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources.
