Job Description

As a Network Infrastructure Lead with our company, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the maintenance and repair of infrastructure, processing enhancement for network field faults, and implementing initiatives to improve network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of field maintenance engineers, ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing the performance of the network.
  • Manage costs effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise in field maintenance skills, achieving excellent quality results.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor field maintenance engineers to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Understand team and customer concerns, working towards positive outcomes and building trust.
  • Monitor and lead initiatives to improve network performance, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
  • Utilize effective communication and management skills to coordinate with suppliers and respond to network outages or critical issues.
  • Evaluate potential risks and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct quality audits and provide action plans for improvement, ensuring the team adheres to EHS guidelines when working on towers and electrical devices.
  • Provide training to the team on EHS policy and conduct regular audits.

Education and Experience:

  • A graduate degree in any field, preferably AGTI, B-Tech, or B.E (EC/EP/MC) or equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications like CCNA, PMP, or similar are desirable.
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecom field maintenance, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure and as a 24/7 standby for network maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team and customers.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure all operations comply with rules and regulations.
