We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounting and HR staff at our 12 room beach resort. Located in a picturesque fishing town, our resort offers a serene environment with a stunning beach and scenic mountains.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks including financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and conducting audits. Additionally, they will handle HR duties such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Strong accounting skills, including financial transaction management, financial reporting, and auditing
• Human resources skills such as recruiting, onboarding, payroll management, and employee relations
• Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
