Job Description

Advanced Energy seeks a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced backup and recovery solutions to ensure business continuity and data protection.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans to meet business objectives.
  • Configure and manage backup servers, storage devices, and network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of backup and storage solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to backup and storage systems.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of backup and storage configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in handling technical storage and/or backup.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, including proven ability to lead critical IT compliance-related programs.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Cloud (Google & Azure), VMWare, and Database.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
