  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving all complaints within 48 hours.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
  • Monitor and manage store finances, ensuring financial targets are met, with zero retail and in-shop variance.
  • Foster a positive work environment by monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, coaching, and taking disciplinary actions when necessary.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years of experience as an associate or college graduate.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of customer service principles and orientation.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Ability to make fair and just decisions when handling people matters.
