Lead Construction Operations

We are seeking an exceptional construction professional to join our team as a lead for ongoing projects and future initiatives.

This is an outstanding opportunity to oversee the execution of multiple projects nationwide, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

As a seasoned construction leader, you will coordinate activities across various projects, develop and implement schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading performance management and professional development of project engineers and construction teams.
  • Collaborating with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to executive leadership on project performance, risks, and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
