Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and support Celigo, SFTP, and other customer integration flows with minimal supervision.
  • Understand the architecture and data relationships across ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration sync issues (inbound/outbound) and resolve them promptly.
  • Assist customers with API integrations, flat file transfers, and Saved Search mappings.
  • Follow internal support workflows and maintain clear, concise customer-facing communication.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing stability.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and flag potential risks.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation in partnership with our PS Enablement team.
