Job Description:
The Reports Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting collected data, identifying patterns and trends, and establishing new techniques in data gathering and analysis. Key responsibilities include monitoring call behavior, creating reports on inbound calls, and forecasting staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to collect crucial data produced via tools and systems.
- Analyze and create reports on inbound calls behavior and recommend suitable times to schedule sending SMS/Email blasts, dialer, and manual calls.
- Submit top-line reports, create and update ad-hoc reports on account performance as requested by Management.
- Develop methods to improve staff and operations performance.
- Maintain weekly/monthly reports on Management-related performance and workforce metrics.
- Communicate with Managers to ensure task delivery.
- Assist in other data-related tasks from Management.
- Compile statistical information for special reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in BPO Industry as a Reports Analyst.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in reporting tools, software, data visualization, and presentation techniques.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA, Macro, and MS Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
