Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive social media plans that align with business objectives and target specific audiences.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our audience.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust social media campaigns accordingly to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships that amplify our brand's online presence.
  • Engage with Online Communities: Foster meaningful interactions with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and creating engaging content that sparks conversations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ Year of Experience in Social Media Management: Proven track record of managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong Copywriting and Content Creation Skills: Ability to craft compelling copy and create visually appealing content that drives engagement.
  • Familiarity with Paid Ads and Influencer Outreach: Understanding of paid advertising and influencer marketing principles, including campaign setup and optimization.
  • Highly Organized and Adaptable: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
