The Mid-Level Accountant will collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain accurate financial data and contribute to process improvements.

  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including month-end close, accounts payable, billing, payroll.
  • Month-End Close: Book journal entries, update fixed asset schedules, and prepare close reporting files.
  • Accounts Payable: Create bills in Ramp for approval and track disputes with vendors.
  • Billing: Assist with onboarding customers and invoicing support.
  • Payroll: Send reminders for payroll approval, perform period-over-period analysis for salaried/hourly employees.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in financial analysis, and experience with accounting software.
