Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in eCommerce performance creatives and be skilled in designing bold, conversion-focused visuals that stop the scroll.

Responsibilities:
  • Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails.
  • Create eye-catching visuals with strong hooks and CTAs.
  • Design graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and landing pages.
  • Elevate brand identity through fresh concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Interpret ad performance data to tweak creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on ad design trends and pitch original creative concepts during brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborate with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive ad campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
  • A proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives (Meta/Google/YouTube).
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
  • Clear English communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Highly organized with multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
