Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle accounting services for our clients in the United States.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Analyze financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management to address any financial concerns or issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, with 3+ years progressive experience performing full charge bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
