Job Description

As the Chief Risk Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting reviews of clients to ensure compliance and other risk requirements

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that partners meet the requirements of regulatory authorities. This includes providing inputs into Risk Assessment of partners and management of risk reviews of partners.

You will also be responsible for monitoring exceptions and reports, providing feedback to partner-facing teams, and acting as the Secretariat to the Risk Committee, Audit, and Compliance Committee.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to implement these requirements in a partnership-based bank. They should possess creative problem-solving skills and an understanding of the practical implications of policies.
