
Remote Marketing Operations Specialist

This role involves comprehensive marketing operations and event coordination across a proptech SaaS portfolio, combining hands-on marketing implementation with technology proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
The coordinator will manage workflows and deliverables using sound project management principles, translate marketing strategies into measurable results, and recommend process improvements while handling tight deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include executing marketing campaign setup, coordinating sponsorship evaluation processes for trade shows and conferences, managing travel logistics and vendor relationships for events, and tracking performance for event interactions.
Additionally, the coordinator will manage contact database operations, execute multi-channel communication campaigns, create and schedule social media posts, and support paid social media and search campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional marketing coordination experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and experience using project management software such as Asana or Trello.
They will also have strong English language proficiency, professional email writing skills, and social media platform proficiency.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in technology environments, particularly SaaS PropTech or real estate technology sectors, and basic understanding of paid social media advertising and paid search advertising.
The successful candidate will be able to handle stakeholder communication protocols, utilize design platforms, operate marketing automation systems, and manage multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
