This Business Risk Advisor position plays a key role in assisting the Risk department in managing client relationships and identifying potential risks that could impact business operations. You will conduct desktop reviews of clients' risk management practices and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate potential losses.
The Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Risk department to manage client accounts, appointments, and service workflows.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal and external partner requests and communications.
- Support State regulation compliance and audits by maintaining accurate documentation and filing of necessary service documents.
- Collaborate with the Risk team to prepare for client stewardship meetings, risk evaluation reviews, and renewals.
- Manage special projects, meetings, and provide support to Risk Leadership as needed.
- Five plus years of experience in loss control insurance field inspections.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good time management and customer service skills.
- Data analysis and interpretation ability.
