Job Role Overview

We're seeking a Creative Content Specialist to drive growth by crafting high-performing ad creatives. You'll bridge our internal design teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers to deliver engaging content across various platforms.

  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns.
  • Source, brief, and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content.
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion).
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.

You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will be proficient in using AI tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
