Job Details

The General Ledger Coordinator is responsible for managing all related accounting transactions, processing payroll releases, financial statements, accounts payable, basic job cost, account analysis, accruals, year-end audits, and providing support for the Sr. Manager with period-end close accruals and journal entries.

This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, including GAAP, and hands-on experience with accounting software. Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups and pivot tables, are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all related accounting transactions.
  • Process payroll releasing, financial statements, accounts payable, basic job cost, account analysis, accruals, year-end audits.
  • Provide support for the Sr. Manager with period-end close accruals and journal entries.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Work experience as an Accountant.
  • Exceptional knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
