The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our trees through regular inspections, pruning, and maintenance. This role requires a deep understanding of tree biology, soil science, and pest/disease management, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Conduct Tree Inspections: Regularly inspect trees to evaluate their health, identify potential problems, and recommend preventative measures.
2. Prune and Trim Trees: Perform pruning, trimming, and shaping to promote healthy growth and maintain aesthetic appeal.
3. Remove Hazardous Trees: Safely remove dead, damaged, or hazardous trees, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
4. Develop Maintenance Plans: Create customized maintenance plans for clients based on their specific needs and preferences.
5. Provide Expert Advice: Offer expert guidance and advice to clients on tree care and landscape planning, ensuring they receive the best possible results.

• Certification: Possess certification as an Arborist.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of tree biology, soil science, and pest/disease management, with proficiency in using arboricultural tools and equipment.
