Job Title: Digital Growth Specialist

At our organization, we're pioneering innovative cross-border financial services for immigrants through our cutting-edge platform.

We provide instant remittances, foreign exchange services, and multi-currency accounts, all in a seamless user experience. With a large global presence, our platform supports multiple currencies and integrates directly with local banks and mobile money providers, ensuring fast and low-cost transactions.

As a Digital Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for the strategic acquisition of new customers through paid channels such as Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other online platforms. You'll independently complete tasks like creating accounts in related platforms, analyzing targeted users, optimizing ad content, improving overall ROI, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various online channels
  • Developing and implementing digital growth strategies to increase marketing reach and customer base
  • Collaborating with designers to develop ad content plans based on data analysis and user portrayals
  • Communicating closely with marketing teams to contribute towards formulating and executing effective digital growth strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements include:

  • In-depth understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization
  • Expertise in online advertising channels such as Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and others
  • 2-4 years' experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms
  • Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills
