Project Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our team at Atelier Lumikha. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating with client project managers and internal specialists to ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality work across various disciplines.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple client accounts
• Coordinate with client project managers to align goals and expectations
• Oversee the work of specialists, including content creators, developers, and data analysts
• Ensure project quality and timely delivery
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
• Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project success
• Implement and maintain project management tools and processes
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in project management or virtual assistance (3+ years preferred)
• Skilled in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with digital marketing concepts and workflows (a plus)
