Job Description

The Credit Processing Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team. This role requires strong leadership skills, as the supervisor will manage a team of diverse individuals by monitoring their performance and providing feedback/coaching when needed.

The supervisor will conduct regular assessments of the team's KPIs and address areas of improvement. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential in this role, as the supervisor will resolve issues that may arise in day-to-day activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, the supervisor will maintain a highly productive and efficient workflow by continuously developing and improving work processes. They will also participate in strategic business planning, analysis, and implementation geared towards achieving the Credit Processing section's goals.

This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as the supervisor will translate business operations, analysis, and trends into meaningful reports and presentations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any course
  • Keen attention to detail with above-average communication and presentation skills
  • Adept at using Excel for report creation (Pivot, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools)
  • Proven leadership experience in a Team Lead/Supervisory capacity, preferably in the Financial Services or BPO industry
  • Extensive experience in employee discipline, performance management, motivation, and coaching
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Willingsness to work in Ortigas Center
