Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and compliance services.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the application, renewal, and compliance of PEO licenses across multiple U.S. states.
  • Verify active licenses of new worksite locations.
  • Report new and terminated worksites to various state agencies in a timely manner.
  • Monitor changes in laws and reporting requirements, updating processes accordingly.
  • Communicate professionally with IRS, over 30 state licensing agencies, and the Department of Labor in the US.
  • Research and generate monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual licenses and reports.
  • Organize and file client information, reports, and documents.
  • Perform other duties as required by the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical, comprehension, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
