Job Overview:
  • Developing Brand Strategy: Contribute to the creation of brand visions aligned with business objectives, support growth strategies and forecast, develop brand architectures, and identify line extensions and new solutions to enhance brand equity.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Lead commercialization efforts for new products/solutions, review brand value propositions against customer usage and satisfaction, and recommend adjustments to sustain business growth and market share.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Implement brand strategic priorities from ideation to execution for various programs related to the go-to-market route, including DTC and Ethical channels, lead periodic brand reviews with stakeholders, analyzing industry trends, competition, and brand implications.
  • Brand Performance Optimization: Organize data for reviews, identify key issues and opportunities, recommend actions for cost efficiencies and effectiveness, determine investment mix, and formulate contingency plans based on risk analysis.
  • Customer Engagement: Input data for studies and address customer needs, create customer profiles, manage relationships with internal and external customers, including MDs and KOLs, develop and engage MD KOLs to strengthen relationships.
  • Product Development: Oversee development of new products aligned with LRP plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders from sourcing to launch.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, or Sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office, English communication, and digital solutions.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
