Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Marketing Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing support, be comfortable learning new platforms, and be able to efficiently coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects
  • Provide day-to-day marketing support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities
  • Manage and operate various digital platforms
  • Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks (industry expertise not required, but familiarity is a plus)
  • Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with digital platforms is highly desirable
  • Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently
