Job Title: Digital Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Solutions Architect to design, build, and maintain websites using Squarespace.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Squarespace platform and a keen eye for digital design. This role is focused on leveraging Squarespace's capabilities to create professional and visually appealing digital solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create new websites from scratch using the Squarespace platform, including e-commerce functionality.
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand and implement design and functional requirements, ensuring timely completion.
  • Apply modern design principles and best practices for typography, color theory, and layout to create visually compelling, branded digital experiences.
  • Manage website projects from initial concept through to final launch, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites are fully functional, responsive, and optimized for different devices.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for live websites, including content updates and troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Squarespace development and digital design, with a portfolio of previous work to demonstrate proficiency.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in website development.
  • Deep proficiency with the Squarespace platform, including its native design features, templates, and e-commerce functionality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
