Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

At Ed-Jire Herbal Products (Bona Vita Philippines), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative vision and conceptualization of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and brand collateral.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement visual concepts, storyboards, and design layouts that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our desired message.
  • Direct the creation of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, photography, and video, ensuring high quality and consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to gather insights, define project objectives, and refine creative strategies.
  • Present creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in a creative agency or marketing department.
  • Exceptional design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Leadership abilities, with experience leading and inspiring creative teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and design solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
