- Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or a related administrative role, with a background in people management and client relations.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices (preferred).
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines; discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Additional Requirements: Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills; adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
