Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Systems Administrator. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the management and administration of endpoint solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate endpoint management tasks with global teams
  • Analyze and evaluate existing configuration and strategy
  • Determine and implement best practices for endpoint tools
  • Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support
  • Diagnose endpoint issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Assist in Windows desktop OS deployment and automated build processes
  • Design and implement software packaging and patching strategies
  • Develop partnerships with IT Teams
  • Identify and recommend updates, patches, and upgrades
  • Manage software distribution and OS patching

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Endpoint Management Administration
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy, Ivanti EPM, Intune, and JAMF
  • In-depth understanding of the Windows environment and network concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
