Our company is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying full-scale applications using cutting-edge AI tools to maximize efficiency and code quality.

The selected individual will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features to support advertiser compliance at scale. This includes shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React, integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI.

The successful candidate will have experience working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases. A strong understanding of asynchronous communication is also essential.

This is a hands-on IC role that requires the ability to work independently while syncing with the team lead and the broader product team. You'll be part of a remote-first team that values delivery over drama.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
