Job Summary:
  • Provide spiritual leadership and guidance to patients, families, and staff
  • Develop and implement spiritual programs and services
  • Collaborate with hospital senior management team and Chief Ministry Officer

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of spiritual care and ministry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the provision of spiritual care and support to community members
  2. Design, implement, and supervise ministry programs in patient ministry, coworker's discipleship, and community engagement
  3. Establish and model standards of Christian conduct for CURE co-workers, patients, patient families, and the community
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Theology from a recognized Bible/Theological School Program
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience as a pastor or chaplain within a health institution or similar setting
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct counseling in a Biblically appropriate manner
