Job Summary:

As a Financial Operations Coordinator at Nabati Food Philippines, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team with various financial tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include processing and preparing financial statements, assisting in overseeing clients' accounts, creating and sending invoices, collecting and reviewing data for financial reports, and preparing financial reports. You will also be responsible for documenting and reporting discrepancies. Additionally, you will suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, procurement, or a related field
* At least one year of relevant experience
* Willingness to learn and be trained
* Excellent knowledge of Excel and Excel functions
* Attention to detail to catch errors
* Good organizational skills
* Knowledge of accounting practices
* Ability to travel as needed
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
