We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Operations Coordinator. This individual will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients achieve their marketing goals while fostering growth and collaboration among team members.

Responsibilities:

Main Objectives:

  • Manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive reports to track progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate task management, timelines, and schedules
  • Manage expectations around deliverables
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to align client objectives
  • Address key questions regarding contracts

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)

  • Content brief preparation for various formats
  • Blog/article writing with good English grammar
  • PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking
