Job Description

As a senior-level professional, you will lead and optimize paid media campaigns to drive maximum marketing efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
  • Develop and implement strategies for budget allocation and bid management.
  • Set up and test campaigns on emerging advertising platforms.
  • Streamline marketing and sales processes using AI tools.
  • Automate data enrichment, lead qualification, and distribution to improve response times.
  • Test and apply AI prompts, API integrations, zaps, smart AI spreadsheets, and content personalization.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to track performance and generate actionable insights.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PPC campaign management across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools, automation platforms, and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and budget management.
  • Understanding of AI-based automation for data processing, lead qualification, and personalization.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and bid management strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation software, and workflow automation.
