**Job Title:** Project Manager - Product, Web

This role is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional operations and drive agile delivery in fast-paced environments. As a project manager, you will be responsible for facilitating team collaboration, ensuring clarity and cohesion among product, engineering, and design teams, and fostering continuous improvement through refined agile processes and team rituals.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for website and product teams
  • Own backlog grooming and sprint tracking in ClickUp
  • Monitor sprint velocity and timelines, and identify and resolve blockers in real time
  • Serve as the liaison between product, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment and execution
  • Help coordinate high-priority projects for marketing, clinical operations, customer experience, and operations
  • Work with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics
  • Ensure visibility and accountability across all project stakeholders using ClickUp for planning and Slack for coordination
  • Flag risks early, recommend tradeoffs, and drive consistent follow-through across teams
  • Support the leadership team with visibility into team capacity, dependencies, and delivery timelines

**Requirements:** 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager; strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings; excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; deep familiarity with ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools.
