Job Title: End User Content Specialist

As a key contributor to our organization, the End User Content Specialist plays a vital role in creating and maintaining end user documentation. This includes converting complex technical information into clear, concise documents tailored for various target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough interviews with subject matter experts and technical staff to gather information, prepare written content, and coordinate layout and organization.
  • Review, critique, and edit documentation including design documents, programmer notes, and system overviews. Transcription of software demonstrations is also required.
  • Maintain an internal documentation library, providing special documentation services as needed, and oversee special projects.
  • This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Regular attendance, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary are expected.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
  • 0-2 Years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/Editing.
