WeSource Management Consultancy Firm is seeking a skilled Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to document and negotiate company requirements for back-office functions.

As a Senior Business Solutions Specialist, you will assist in defining and shaping the company's requirements and business processes across various back-office areas.

You will also act as a spokesperson for the firm, assisting with clarification of needs and supporting the development of potential solutions aligned with the overall Transformation Programme Director.

In this role, you will support the transformation team in developing, implementing, and overseeing a program that improves efficiency across all back-office operations.

This includes contract loading, customer support, finance, data entry, mapping, and administration.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience as a non-IT/technical Business Analyst, with 2 years in the banking industry.

Digital banking project experience is a significant plus, and you should be able to propose back-office efficiency and process improvements utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, robotics, etc.
