Job Description:

An IT Support Specialist at St. Catherine Realty Corporation will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our digital infrastructure. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our staff, installing and configuring hardware and software, and maintaining our computer systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IT principles, with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems. You will work closely with our team to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software, as well as monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

A successful IT Support Specialist will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical staff. You will also be responsible for researching and recommending new technologies, creating and maintaining documentation of technical processes, and following up with users to ensure their technical issues have been resolved.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of IT support experience, a graduate degree in Computer Technology or Science, and knowledge of networking and cybersecurity.
