Senior AI Web App DeveloperAbout the Role:

This is a challenging position that offers the opportunity to shape internal technology and have a direct impact on how results are delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Custom Internal Tools: Lead the creation of internal tools and automations that leverage artificial intelligence to increase efficiency across the organization. This involves working with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and developing innovative solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Automate Data-Heavy Workflows: Automate spreadsheet-based processes and workflows, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency across teams. This requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrate External APIs: Integrate various external APIs and build scalable backend services to connect internal systems and data sources seamlessly. This involves working with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Research and Implement New Automations: Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and LLMs) to stay at the cutting edge of innovation. This requires a passion for learning, a willingness to experiment, and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
Requirements:
  • Senior-Level Experience: Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation. A proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs is essential.
  • Web App Development: Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js, is required.
  • AI and ML Proficiency: Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices are necessary.
  • Workflow Automation: Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes. Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed is required.
  • API Integration: Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document your work clearly is necessary.
