QuickBooks Financial Specialist

We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks financial specialist to support our executive, operational, and revenue cycle teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various financial tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including payroll management, account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable processing, and accounts receivable management.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and computer skills, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

A bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required, along with 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting and bookkeeping within QuickBooks Online. Additionally, the candidate must have thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP principles.
