Job Description:
- We are seeking a Hiring Operations Assistant to support our recruitment operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and activities
- Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns and initiatives
- Help maintain accurate records and reports for recruitment processes
- Support the development of recruitment strategies and plans
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in Taguig/Eastwood location
- Flexibility to work on mid-shift schedule (3PM-12MN)
