Web Content Specialist Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Web Content Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing web content using Contentful.

Your primary tasks will include building and configuring Contentful pages, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives. You will also manage localization workflows, ensuring that translated variants are cloned and QA'd correctly.

Additionally, you will perform end-to-end QA, checking for design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch. You will also implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday preferred)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
