Expertise in Automation and Instrumentation

Key responsibilities:

The Automation and Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for the ongoing improvement and day-to-day support of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and all other systems related to Automation and Instrumentation installed in combined power plant assets.

• Provide technical assistance in automation and instrumentation systems during overhauls, plant failures, and optimization of maintenance approaches at plant sites.
• Contribute to resolving technical issues affecting flexible plant performance through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proposing and implementing plant improvement options, reviewing and implementing management of change.

• Strong understanding of automation and instrumentation concepts and technologies.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
