Job Title: Digital Storyteller

The role involves developing and managing content calendars across multiple channels, researching trending topics and formats, and producing high-quality content using available assets or working with existing footage.

The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in managing social content for a brand, creator, or agency, with a proven track record of growing followers, views, or engagement across social platforms. They will also be familiar with SEO, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Content Strategy and Development: Develop and manage content calendars, research trending topics and formats, write hooks, scripts, and captions designed to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Content Production: Produce content using available assets or work with our existing footage, create and repurpose content across formats (reels, carousels, shorts, thumbnails).

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of growing followers, views, or engagement across social platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, social algorithms, and best practices for each platform.
  • Ability to develop and manage content calendars, research trending topics and formats, and produce high-quality content.
