The Executive Development Program is an intensive 10-month training initiative designed to equip high-potential individuals with fundamental knowledge in mall operations, leasing, and marketing.
This program focuses on developing skills in managing mall operations, including leasing, marketing, and customer service. Additionally, it aims to enhance leadership and management skills through mentorship and coaching.
Key Requirements- Graduate of any 4-year degree course
- 4-8 years of work experience in the corporate world or personal business
- Leadership and management skills, excellent presentation skills, strong business acumen, analytical skills, decision, and negotiation skills
- Fundamental knowledge in mall operations, leasing, and marketing
- Enhanced leadership and management skills
- Opportunity to work with experienced mentors and coaches
