Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Technical Support Representative (TSR), you will be responsible for handling customer concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. You will assist customers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, and provide guidance and technical support when needed. This role involves working from a residence, call center, or office setting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, you should have 6 months of travel experience outside of a BPO setting or completion of a CCE program. Other essential skills include good communication and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and internet browsing.
