We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to fill a pivotal role in our organization.

Role Overview

This position involves the creation, optimization, and management of content that supports business development initiatives. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders is crucial in developing persuasive materials that drive engagement, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate sales cycles.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and maintain sales content such as decks, proposals, case studies, one-pagers, brochures, email templates, and pitch materials in close cooperation with sales teams and external agents.
  • Design visually compelling and brand-aligned content to support business initiatives, ensuring a high standard of graphic quality and presentation.
  • Develop customized content tailored to different industries, customer personas, and stages of the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all sales materials align with established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into compelling narratives.
  • Analyze content performance through feedback and data insights, recommending improvements.
  • Partner with marketing teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing campaigns and sales content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor messaging to ensure our content remains competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, sales enablement, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to craft engaging, concise content.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and sales success.
