About the Role:

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Index Data Specialist to join our team in the APAC region. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day maintenance of S&P Dow Jones branded equity indices, focusing on daily operational processes and validations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate S&P DJI branded indices on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of real-time and end-of-day index data to clients and end users.
  • Run Quality Assurance (QA) validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the index values distributed to clients.
  • Monitor real-time calculation and distribution of global indices, investigating system alerts, price movements, and index value changes where appropriate and resolving in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with technology and production support groups to automate and enhance system capabilities, troubleshoot production issues, and manage key relationships with other departments.
